Around or about March 28, 2018, I purchased Airwick for $25. 00 from one of the shopping shows. The item was defected. I called Airwick to complain. Your Company sent me five coupons and a return sticker. I tried to used the coupons and they were defected. I was embarrassed in the store because people were in line behind me and they heard what the Associate said. The Associate told me to call your company to tell them that they were defected. In addition, I mailed the defected item back to your Company; and, as of this date 11. 14. 2018, your company did not send me a replacement. I truly can not afford to give away my hard earned dollars. It would be wonderful if someone would contact me.

I used an air wick in my brand new 2017 high side pop up and it was in the kitchen sink when we closed it up two weeks ago. When we went on vacation last week and opened the pop-up up, it literally melted a hole in my sink. Hello. I have a complaint about products I've recently bought and previously bought. I buy on a regular basis your warmers, oils. Cubes automatic fresheners and sprays. Although I quit using the automatics due to them not working at all or just a short time. I just stocked up on everything and decided to try the automatics again. I bought three at 12. 00 a piece at Walmart. Two are working so far, but one is not even after changing batteries. They are something I would like to use, but tired the same old thing, paying for something and it not work. I used to just throw them away, but have spent a small fortune on them. Is there any way to perfect them and guarantee to work. Unsatisfied and tired faithful customer. I also prefer your brand over glade, and like my home full of fragrance. My favorite lately has been the apple cinnamon medley.

I have a air wick auto-sprayer, however when I buy the spray and try to remove the top from the can the nozzle pop off as well and now I am left with an entire can of beautiful spray that I can not use that's a waste and this always happens the tops are hard to remove from the can and without the nozzle I am stuck. Love the product, but I do not have money to waste. Put easy to remove tops for your fragrances, i need the spray.

To whom this may concern I recently brought your product it was a Airwick colour changing candle costing £7. 50 Needless to say I am not amused I'm actually shocked. Basically I lit the candle and for about an hour it was colour changing, but after this hour the colour changing stopped So I have now wrote to you as tesco said they could and would do nothing about it. How on earth your company can charge seven pounds for a candle that clearly do not not work. As I bought Airwick Life Scents, as was with its picture shown on the advertisement, and sent the coupon with the receipt provident fund purchase and the scanning of the product side of its UPc which cannot be removed from its container, I got a letter from "inmar fulfillment services" stating that it does not comply with the refund offer. The scan of the product, although difficult as the scanner is supposed to be for flat sheets, is very clearly showing the UPC and it is "0 62338 92961 3".

I have been purchasing Airwick plug- ins for years and have been satisfied,, but as of two months ago I haven't been getting my money worth. The plug-ins normally last me 30 plus days,, but not anymore I'm barely getting two weeks and that's a waste of my time not to mention money. I do not put the button on the warmer higher that medium and I've also tried buying brand new warmers its not working.
