Al Ameen College of Engineering - AACOE Pune was established in the year 2008 with four courses and has got approved from AICTE, New Delhi to start to start additional course under AAEMF’s COE as an MBA with 60 intakes from academic year 2009-2010. This is a big achievement of the trust within a short span. The trust is also running M.Ed., B.Ed., D.Ed. and English Medium School. Mr. N. M. Shaikh, President. A single adviser will look after a student throughout his course. The Academic adviser of Al Ameen College of Engineering - AACOE Pune ensures effective enrollment of students during registration, ensures that academic regulations are observed by the students, keeps the student’s record up-to-date and interviews them at least once in a month, takes special care of the weaker students and gives them necessary directions to overcome their deficiencies and maintains the contact with the parents keeping them abreast with the performance of their ward.

Hostel accommodation for students on rolls will be allotted to needy students by Al Ameen College of Engineering - AACOE Pune Hostel Committee. Application for hostel seats should be submitted in the prescribed format. Ex¬ student shall not be provided with hostel accommodation. COE is having 1Boy's and 1 Girl's hostel in the campus to accommodate 362 boys and 356 girls. The allotment of accommodation to the boys and girls in the Hostel will be made on the following priority, subject to availability of seats in the hostels.
Al Ameen College of Engineering - AACOE Pune has its own canteen which provides healthy and hygienic food and breakfast in campus only. Separate space is provided for boys & girls students. Most modem kitchen with appropriate facilities, keeping hygiene in mind, have been provided in the Canteen. A shopping plaza is also in the Campus where day to day need of students viz stationery, photocopy, PCO, Fax, Souvenir, Books and general items all available. Branches & ATMs of SBI & Bank of Maharashtra is available in Koregaon Bhima.

College is having tie up with several hospitals for emergency. A large number of hospitals are in the vicinity of the college; some of them are K.E.M. Krishna Hospital, Koregaon Bhima etc. The college provides buses for the students which are plying from various parts of Pune City to College Campus.
