Hello. I have been an Asics customer for many years, buying my shoes at a store in LaCrosse, Wisconsin. I purchase a pair in November of 2016, used them for walking, riding my lawn mower, and light work like raking a lawn, sweeping my garage, etc. I never used them for heavy work and other than a little rainfrall that would dry quickly, never got them wet. They have deeloped two holes in them already, and you can see my white sweat sox through the holes. I am very disappointed with these shoes and surprised. My others have been excfellent and comfortable. I would appreciate them replaced or I plan to change brands. Thank you.

Hello Asics, Please be informed that I am based in INDIA and have bought "Asics Men's Gel-Ds Trainer 20 Blue, Silver and Black Mesh Running Shoes" from Amazone India on Feb2016. My complaint is that both the shoes have torn from the back - the cushion at the rear of the shoe which has also caused me injury. Now, I am contacting the seller A2Z Alpha, but they are not able to understand my issue which is increasing my customer dissatisfaction. I have changed back to my old ordinary trainer shoe, after treatment and have run twice without any pain in my legs. This clearly shows that I have developed the pain as i was using your shoe GEL NOOSA. As a budding runner my sole aim of spending on a good running shoe has been defeated. My one MONTH old Kayano 21's are falling apart, the tread worn almost flat and they splitting between what tread is left I walk/jog only three miles five days a week. This is unacceptable For well over $100 they better last through minor use a lot longer Now after one month I can feel the sidewalk through my shoes and with plantar fasciatis that makes walking impossible I loved the support and cushion HOWEVER the sole quality is awful How can this be rectified? I am a Resident of India and I purchased Gel - Kayano Shoes from Reliance Foot Print in Ambience Mall, Gurgaon, Haryana, India in the Month of MARCH. I am a first time user of your brand and had heard a lot of good things about it, but to my horror the Quality of your Shoes has been really disappointing. Bought a pair of Asics, probably the tenth pair I have purchased over the years, and after wearing them for three weeks, a tear appeared along the top of the shoe near the ankle. When I took the shoes back to the store I was told the shoes had to be sent away to either be repaired or replaced. This would take three weeks. I had to buy another pair of shoes because I didn't have any running shoes to wear in the mean time I decided ask for a refund, but I was told that Asics policy was such that the shoes could not be replaced or refunded until Asics examined the damaged shoe. I love Asics shoes, but I will absolutely not be purchasing another pair. What if the same thing happened again? It bugs me that I had to buy another pair of shoes after I already spent $200 on the Asics runners.
My daughter is very happy with her Asics Blur 33 TR shoes (sz 10) bought Jan. 2, 2013 (have receipt). After only three mths of indoor wear a small hole opened up in the mesh of the rt toe area. No idea what caused it. We figured the she could live with the small hole, but over the last month it grew rapidly such that her whole toe wants to peek out. I just feel that an $80 pair of shoes should last longer than that with indoor use. I have always made her take the shoes off before she even leaves the gym to increase shoe life. Is it possible to change out the shoes for an identical pair?
