I originally live in QATAR/ DOHA, but i have been to Singapore for w 2 days business trip. I went to ION mall and purchased 4 items form Bershka, my bill was 96.10 SGD . The lady in the cashier inserted my card and then she told me it was failed and didnt proceed, in few mins we tried again and it did work ! However, when i returned to DOHA , my bank told me that i was charged twice , the same price was deducted twice, and i recieved the msgs from the bank with the amount that i was charged, The msgs that i recieved from the bank : first amount was deducted at 11.45 a.m / second time at 12.06 p.m (30th NOV) I kindly request to check with Bershka branch in Singapore/ION mall , at the end of the day when clearing the cashier, they must know that there's an extra 96.10 SGD I have the receipt with the timings, i have the msgs from the bank, if any information /phori/screenshot required ,please contact me and I'll be happy to answer back . I have bought a black leggings and after washing it I had a problem in the length of the legs, one of them shrinked and it cannot be used anymore and after approaching the branch they said if you donut have the receipt we can only offer you two options either to cut the other leg to be the same which is not acceptable as it is too short for me, or to take another thing with then price on our system now which is 145 EGP although I bout it with its original price 499 EGP and for your knowledge the branch has nothing with this amount at all, after that I sent mail to your customer service in Beirut and they replied after two weeks with a phone call also if you do not have the receipt we can do nothing to you, either you accept or we do not have anything to do not you. And sent mail stating the same. I was really disappointed from the service.

Soon after I entered the visa card details the page froze and I thought the transaction failed. Hi, had bought these summer trousers from Berksha in June )2015 summer) Having washed them twice, on a delicate wash, they have ripped all down the inside leg, on both legs. The lining of these are destroyed and the trousers cannot be sewn back together as the tear is fairly large in some parts. I'm not impressed with the quality and this should not happen upon two washes. Having gone back to store to complain, I was told to call customer service. Was shocked that store manager couldn't help further although she did recognize the trousers. I purchased a pair of black metallic sandles in your store while on holiday in Barcelona last week, but did not realise until I got home that the ankle strap was missing of one sandle. I cannot find the item online in black, but they are in brown reference number 5812/031. To whom it may concern, I recently purchased a shirt from your store in Barcelona. I wore it one time, and read the directions that it could be washed normally. When I took it out of the washing machine I noticed that the sleeves of the shirt were shredded at the seams on both sleeves. Since I only wore the shirt one time and followed the instructions it was a quality issue. I have the receipt and pictures of the shirt if you wish for me to include them, but I am very unhappy with my purchase and would like a refund. Thank you, Gianna Amplo .
There was no answer for over ten minutes of being on hold. Appauling service. I only called to enquire about products I had ordered online on the 21st November 2014 which I still have not received even though their website states 3-5 working days before proceeding to checkout and paying for the items. I am a loyal Bershka customer and shop both in store and online every month making purchases of £50 minimum and over. I have been tracking my parcels and Hermes the company that delivers on behalf of Bershka have had it out for delivery with the courier for two days, but I still do not have my payed items. Hermes have recently been on the television on a program called Watchdog that reveals how bad Hermes service has become which worried me immediately as I do not wish to be one of the customers to experience this. I have ever experienced this problem before and I am very disappointed as I needed one of the items I ordered for Friday evening to complete my outfit for my night out.
