I have been wearing Born Shoes for years and love the quality and comfort. I have a pair of sandals that I am wearing for the second summer, wore them to work and as I walked down the stairs the strap came completely out I am mortified to say the least, this is a BORN product? What can the company do about this? My days of buying the BORN product are over if this is the quality of the shoes now. I would appreciate a response. I am speechless.

I purchased my Born boots in January 2016. They arrived with a broken zipper. I was unable to return them, but have a wonderful cobbler that would fix it. My dad has terminal cancer, i wore the boots despite the broken zipper under five times. They have discolored. Not even worth having the zipper fixed. I have three pairs of Born loafer shoes Blast I believe in Black, Brown and Tan. I like the fit, but two of the three have holes in the heel that lead to a honeycomb of cavities. I am told they cannot be repaired. These are not cheap shoes. Isnt there a way to repair?.

I just purchased a pair of BORN boots directly from manufacturer's website. Within an hour these exact boots popped up on my computer $25 less from another website. I immediately called BORN to see if they'd price match. They will not Not good. Everyone price matches these days. Example: Bought a pair of Frye boots at Nordstrom in November and they price matched an online price and I saved $150. I called to speak with BORN customer service and got a voicemail Voicemail for customer service. Too much competition out there to not offer better customer service. I am an 80 year old woman on a limited income who has purchased a pair of your shoes for as far back as I can remember and never had a complaint. The last pair I purchased about eight months ago and have only worn five or six times have been a big disappointment. A chunk of the sole has come off of one of this pair along with one of the sides coming apart. This has never happened before so I am wondering if there could have been a defect in these.
