Last time i have requested for the backup as we are Re seller customer and our domain was with Blue host, but still my complain is not taken into consideration. Do i have to ask time to time or your organization for the support which i require.
This in regards for the complain which we want to log that we are India based company and before we transferred our server to our personal server our hosting was with Bluehost and during the process of transfer we have already lost our backup which we want on urgent basis. Please provide me the or the steps how to get the backup the money is already paid for one year and we still have our account in on your server as we can enter the our server. Hello Sir, this is to kindly see to it that i am not able to do the payment through credit card or debit card, i have tried five different cards and i am getting two different errors. ) Restricted card and 2) transaction failed. What is the issue, those five different cards are visa card, master card. I am trying this since three days. I am really fedup. My hosting is cloed and i want to renew it. Could you please give me some other option rather than this online payment. Can i do the payment through check or other option. My mails are closed as the hosting got expired.
