Good day bowtech. I only recently bought a ck the legend bow, and heard that only 1500 were made. I would just like to know if this is true or not, and if not., how many were made. Also this is my first bowtech, and did not know about the warranty info, as the dealer did not explain it to me. I need to check my invoice, but think i bought it more than a month ago. I bought a Stryker 380 last year, but did not get to hunt with it. Last week I started practicing for opening day, which was on Saturday, and the bow did fine. On Saturday I did not see anything, so after the hunt I was going to shoot a target to unload it. The string on this brand new crossbow broke, and parts of it him my face and wrist, cutting me in a couple of places. It also hit the lens of my glasses. Good thing I was wearing glasses because it could have put out an eye. Anyway, I have a couple of questions since the dealer where I bought the bow (Archery Department at Cabela's in Rogers, AR)will not answer or return calls and it is a one hour drive for me to the store (one way). Can they fix the string at the store or will it be sent back to the factory? Is this covered under the warranty? By the way, I tried several times calling 541-393-0910 today, but never got through to anyone, which is frustrating.

After many good years of hunting and even a nice eight point buck in velvet last week I had the scare of my hunting career. On my second shot sighting in some new arrows Saturday my lower limb exploded at full draw. Breaking my arrow in half a sending shrapnel 15 feet in front of me. Thank goodness everything went forward Hit me at a hard time both not budgeting for a new bow nor having done the research on what to replace my guardian with. Hope someone could assist me in some advice on what to consider buying and if you know of any deals that will get me back on the hunt for a huge 12 pt I have been playing chess with for the past week. I have been shooting bowtech bows in Australia for the past 8years and have been winning many state and national tournaments and came 2nd in a world masters tournament, however I am now considering changing brands because my dealer has been ordering a purple adapter plate for my purple rose bow to enable me to convert to the roller cable slide instead of the cable slide supplied with the bow, he has been ordering this plate for six months once a month and you just ignore him so I guess that with your attitude to aftersales I have purchased my last bowtech bow.

I have been waiting over two weeks for cams for my Destroyer 350 and I cannot get an answer when they will be shipped. They told me two weeks ago that they would be here in less than two weeks. Now nobody knows how long it will be!.

I just purchased one of your crossbows, The Stryker 380 on August 24, 2013. I only had a few weeks to practice and was able to become very proficient. The bow was shot approximately 35 times.
On opening day of bow season I came out of the wood's at dusk. I put my release bolt in and fired the string broke at the eye. Sunday morning I brought my crossbow to R&L Archery in Barre, Vermont, Where I purchased it. They had sent Bowtech an Email and a picture of the string. Bowtech said they would send out the parts right away. Three week have gone by. Now the season is over and still nothing from bowtech. This is very disappointing to a new customer. Obviously you do not care about the hunter or customer.
I rented a camp with some friends for the sum of 350.00 dollars. Now I am out all that money and the cost of my license. I missed the entire season, Which can never be replaced. I have not yet written a bad review for all to see, I am waiting to hear a responce.
