I have been a customer of Brinks for over a year now. I called to inform them that my door censors had fallen off. The women on the phone stated that she could have someone come to replace them. I informed her that this would not be work for me. She informed me that they could be mailed out, I told her that would be good. So I receive the censors in about a week in a half. This morning 125. 00 was taken out of my account. I called and I am informed that I had order censors. I informed the women that first of all I was NEVER informed that I had to pay for them, and why would I pay for something that is YOUR company responsibly. I informed the women that I would be filing a complaint, that this is HORRIBLE customer service.
