Sunday eight July late at night I lost internet connection at home. Tried to reconnect several times, but could not. Monday nine July morning also could not connect. Monday evening after work i called CTM hoping to get help in reconnecting the internet. I was told staff would come to my house, but only on Wednesday 11 July at 4pm. Which means I stay three days without internet connection. I expect those three days will be deducted from my internet monthly fee for this month of July. Looking forward to your feedback. Regards. We have Comcast phone service in USA. I tried to call your service number 853-2883-3833 and there is no connection. Is CTM the end provider for Comcast from USA to Macau phone calls? If you are, then why we cannot get connection. The same happens with some other numbers in Macau. Please advise.

Sorry, I'm eager to comment on your general customer enquiry service especially over the counter. Most of the time when I'm at your counter making inquiries, I often feel that your younger staff members speak and explain too quickly to most customers. They often explain with a flat tone and at a high speed without caring whether their messages will finally be passed on or understood by their customers. I would suggest more training be provided to your younger staff in this respect. Rgds. Alan.
