Ms. Cindy Freeman ethan CallsOct 16, 2024

My son came to the CVS Minute Clinic on 10/2/24 to get a physical and drug test for the CDL course. When he received the results of his drug test, the person managing the course said that he was given the wrong drug test. He had to go to another CVS (which was close to where he was taking the class)during his lunch break and pay to have the correct test administered. We hope that they got it right this time, but only time will tell. He is technically late with the drug test now and is unsure when to expect the results. He should have been refunded for the first drug test since they gave him the wrong one. I'm not confident that will ever happen though. I've been on hold for over an hour waiting to talk to someone. I also put in a request for a call back, but have not received a call back either.

Bexley Clinic Hit head against metal garden ornament. Bled some, unable to see what it looked like. Didn't know when had last tetanus shot. CNP seemed very nervous using computer. Hehad a difficult time trying to get my insurances confirmed. Kept talking about the trouble he has with insurance approvals. He took a very long time with this. Spent long time discussing kind of tetanus shot he wanted to give me (one with whooping cough and something else included. He finally looking at wound, which he said was very small and did not think any tetanus shot was necessary. He dabbed on bacitracin on it, gave me a few packets
and printout. Read printout at home. Somw info didn't relate to me and do not know where it came from. It had my BP, temp, filled out when it had not beentaken, (history showed never been smoker (I reported been a smoker). CNP was courteous, but appeared very nervous.

Urinary tract infections have been a part of my life for a while so I know what the symptoms and indications are. Last week I went to a local minute clinic, I spent $130, and she gave me antibiotics for three days I questioned her because I always got enough for five to seven days. Sure enough, four days later I have the same indications and symptoms and called a minute clinic back and was told they could do nothing and to go to my primary care physician, which I do not have because I have no insurance. I really feel like I spent $130 in vain, and I can not afford to spend $130 to have to go to a primary care physician to spend more I would really love to get reimbursed because I am a 60 year old female with no employment right now.
