We decided to have a stop over in Chowking on our way to bataan, I do not know the exact location, but its along the highway, i think it has a Drive Thru. It looks like a new store, but I am not sure. After a very long time, this is my first time to eat again in Chowking, it get more better and more modernized. The store is so good. The people are good, specially the one who accommodated us very sincerely until the end of our way out of the store. She is very loquacious. Actually I like her much because she is so sweet and very hospitable. Before I left the store I ask her name she is Camille the Manger who accommodate us like VIP's. Around 3:50am, June nine, I bought a 2pcs beef chowfan and chunky asado in sta. Cruz manila branch. What happened is that, the guy named aaron, a cashier, is the one who's telling the kitchen crew for a 20-25mins cooking time for that meal. (No customer at all at that time aside from me) Because of the long wait, i just transferred in Chowking recto branch and ordered the same meal, and to my surprised, the meal that i ordered was prepared in less than 5mins. I was curious so i ask one of the manager and ask what is the cooking time for that meal they told me that it only took 7-10mins preparation. Which is true? Do they have different preparation time in different branch?.
Nag order anak ko sa Chowking thru food panda tinanggap na ng Chowking order then after an hour of waiting sinabi ng food panda na kinansel daw ng Chowking order ng anak ko ano to lokohan napakabastos 1hour nag antay anak for nothing walang kwenta Chowking. Poor customer service at Nat'l Hway Los Banos Lag branch. Rude and un approachable staff especially Khella, the cashier whom we ordered for a two PC asado especially, punched the wrong one (snack size) and when i do complain she told me that she already punched and not able to reverse it in which even I told her I am willing to pay for the diff and willing to wait for like 15 minutes for the two PC alone to be serve. We patiently waited for more than 15 minutes, but the worst thing was the siopa that was served is still half frozen We were so davasted. I just want you to give a warning or even suspend the cashier Khella for not even saying anything when i complained for the second time. She's not worth to keep as a crew especially as frontliner in your company. Hope to hear from you soon regarding the status of this complaint. Thank you.

I want to complaint in Chowking am city Iloilo. I complain to staff the leche flan I eat is not real egg with milk, instead look like a jelly flan. Your branch greenmeadows Manager named Arlene is very in human in her aprroach. Last November 26- 27 i was served spoilt food. Take out early morning 4am, but at home when i eat d food its spolit. I complaint as i am not well and vomitted, but your manager is refunding 109 php for d food. What abt handling it properly and she offered me compensation, but when i meet her she said no compensation only 109. What about the spoilt food that's served. No checking no apology.

I Have a complaint with the staff Chai Baylon and the Manager Maria Arevalo (Chowking Manila East Road Branch) They are not accomodating and rude to the regular customer. Pakisusap po palitan nyo sila hindi sila marunong mag managed ng store and mag handle ng customer. Baka malugi ung branch dyan pag ganyan ang staff and Manager kawawa naman ung may ari ng store.
