Mr. Keith Detweiler On Phone To Citizens Bank Park Service
Eagles/JT concert-7/28/18: Paid $1, 048. 00 (Ticketmaster 31-13925/PHI), Section 134, Row two, Seats 1-4. View was continually blocked by staff/guests during constant transfer of bottled beverages to plastic cups, conducted loudly, directly in front of us. We could not see the stage/screen or listen without interference. Very disappointing, annoying and not worth the price/time. If we had wanted to settle on seats with obstructed views, we would have bought them and saved money.

I have a complement and a thanks I'd like CBP to know about. My husband and I attend every Sunday home game. On Sunday Sept 2, my husband left his seat and went to the concourse near our seat in section 235. He was feeling ill. When he had not returned and a few minutes I went to find him. He had passed out and was on the floor in a corner of the concourse. He was being cared for by CBP staff. There were multiple staff of CB and the medical staff surrounding him. They were concerned and comforting They got him to the first aid area on the gator and he was attended by that staff on duty and subsequently sent ALS to Methodist hospital down the street. All turned out well after some IV fluids and lab work by Methodist Hospital staff. I want to commend the CBP staff for their assistance and care. I only got a first name of one of the ladies: Angela. Perhaps she can tell you the other staff were there as they deserve to be recognized. Thank you, Vita Davis .
