I am a 50 yr old Police Officer from Brantford Ontario Canada and have been a Copenhagen product user for many years. Yesterday I purchased a tin of Southern Blend Long Cut. Inside the new tin was a large piece of sharp plastic approximately one 1/2 inches long and 3\4 wide. I'm suprised and a little disappointed in the lack of quality control considering the price we pay in Canada for the product. $24. 00 a tin to be exact. With all due respect it's careless and unsanitary. I've kept the object and taken photos if you would care to see them.

As a very satisfied customer of the southern blend cut, I am concerned of a two separate purchases I recently had. First case I purchased four rolls prior to heading back offshore for a 21 day work hitch. I was into my hitch about ten days and 130 miles off the coast of the Gulf of Mexico, and opened my third roll when I realized the first can had a sour stinch of an odor. I opened several cans, but all seemed to be incorrect. Needless to say after bumming from co-workers it made for a long hitch. See attached pics for maybe a tracking number or something you guys can pin point and please correct this product as I havnt found any other brand or your blend that compares. PS two free rolls would be appreciated or maybe a years supply

Have a few issues and or concerns. I've tried to reset my password online and it says it can not and to call. Nobody ever answers, well I'm usually on hold for a long time. Another issue I have is that Copenhagen original long cut is my daily buy. Over 5. 00 a can and ie noticed for a long time now that the cans are being filled just barley over half way. If enough of us get fed up it may hurt the company name. Been using this product for 33 years. I promise you wholeheartedly that I'm in the top 1% of your loyal product consumers. I have had nothing, but trouble with copenhagen since the marketing decision to use "sell by date" rather than the "born on date". Retailers are holding the copenhagen cans true to the sell by. This is not fresh to me. I have been calling freshcope for weeks, I never receive coupons anymore. I CANNOT FIND FRESH COPENHAGEN ANYMORE, and at $9. 00 a can the battle is over. You are losing one of your best customers unless I can get this issue resolved (not looking good). I just want to get the freshest date possible, I will drive the extra distance. I want to know where I can get the freshest date possible. It saddens me to be treated so disregardingly by the company that I have been so loyal to since 1983.

Hi, I've been using Copenhagen straight for abut five years and before that I used Copenhagen wintergreen for quite a few years, I switched over from Grizzly because I prefer the taste and the price is relatively the same. The last two rolls I have bought have been very dry and they were purchased from two different locations I'm very disappointed in the quality and the date on the back on this last can says July three 2016. I dip a can a day (you should see the floorboard of my car could probably make a fortune at the scrap yard with all that metal haha)and have no plans on quitting.
