I look at the clothes folded on the shelves, your staff very rude and black face said to me: "cannot open anything there, I just folded the clothes. I was scared for a moment, just in front of several customers will be open and messed up the clothes, why she not scold them and just scold me. I understand that, if clothes are hanging out a sample, I opened it, this is my fault, because she had just done her job. But this clothes do not hang out any samples, and I would like to know what is the design, so I open and see. Hi I am from malaysia. That day when I was about to make my payment I keyed in all my credit card number and stuff and I can sure the amount is rm276.50 on the 21 July. Then proceed, but the there's an error said it was rejected by the device manager or stuff, but later I went to check my card account, the amount has been deducted from my bank account so that means I paid already, but I have not gotten any email from cottonon bout my orders. I am not sure. Please help.
