Course Hero Customer Service Number Delineated Here With Complaints and Reviews
I have subscribed with Course Hero on Friday and they deducted R603 and R14, today they have deducted the amount of R603. 15 again. I would like to reverse my money and cancel my subscription with immediate effect. It did not serve the main purpose of the subscription and I didn't get the answers to the questions I posted. It is also not friendly user.

I purchased to be using Course Hero for a whole year and i have not even gone through three weeks of my classes and they want me to pay again for them to open the papers that i want to review. So why did i purchase it for a whole year and why do they want me to pay again before they unlock the papers i want to review. This is not right.

I want to put a complaint. I am writing to you for the reason that I got a membership with your website and I made a payment plan for your offer about assessments. I selected the option to pay one month only for the value of 39, 90 AUD, and when I checked my bank account debited 159. 13 AUD were taken by your company. It seems unfair, I desire to be refunded of the my money remaining, because I just meant to pay the membership for a month and was not for one year. Please treat this as request and NOT complaint. I appreciate that Course Hero has some very good content, but somehow does not relate to my need. I have paid $120 for membership on Friday(29th August)and later realized that the content is not useful for me. Please help me REFUND. Appreciate your support on this
