I'm an early subscriber and longstanding Crunchyroll member. But my CR account has been intermittent for months I can stream movies on my Amazon account 24/7… yet most of the time I get a swirling rainbow of failure when I try to use CR. Occasionally I do get through and watch some anime, but when CR fails, NO OTHER WEBSITE gives me any problems, so I do not believe it's my ISP, who provides extremely fast connections (30+ mbps) via my hardwired service 24/7. Way faster than my old ISP in Portland. My CR username is kinsugi and my account automatically renews every year.

I thought this was my sons doing which would have been fine, he did not confirm it. So as of today this will not be paid and please notify me of any concern you may have. This may have been a hack. Hello, I have a huge problem. I am normally billed on the 27th of the month. I am severely disabled and do not have a lot of money, but your site helps a lot. I went to the bank to put money in to make sure I was not over drafted and they said all was fine. They then took out $70. 00 in overdraft charges even though i am only over drafted by $69. 00. They will not give me a reimbursement unless I talked to you guys. I really need to cancel the most recent billing of $6. 95 and have it billed again after the first. I really love your site and will leave my car on account, but I need my seizure medicine or I could die. I do not know why i was billed three days early, but that's ok, I just need the most recent billing reimbursed and then I can be charged again after the first.
