Please refer to order number U6852932002. I purchased dvd to ipod converter. The second day I went to open the software a registration window opened and required me to register the software again. I did so. Then when I tried to open the software the registration window opened again. I am trapped in a constant loop where the only software window that opens after clicking on the Cucusoft icon is the registration window. Please provide a fix for this or refund payment. Thank you.

As I have previously stated I have purchased the Cucusoft software (Purchase ID: 3D3QZXG-A4XVCB)and when loading was not entering the correct admin access details and after the three attempts have been logged out. I am now aware of correct details to enter, but need the access allowance reset so I can enter. Note I have tried to ring the contact No. Stated on the website and reply advises this number is not connected. Very difficult to get a reply - frustrated customer.

Your phone number has been disconnected. I am getting no response from your tech support. When I bought my program DVD to Ipad converter I was happy with the product, now I am not satisfied with it. I do not understand how you can keep a company working and profitable without reliable support or contact information. I would not recommend your company or products to anyone I know. I payed for the program and It should work the way it is supposed to. I have downloaded on another computer and it worked one time than stopped working againYour web site just seems to give you the runaround once you log in. It solves no problems and is pretty much worthless.
