I just arrived at DTLR in Forestville at opening 12 and the manager was very rude and she told me she opening because she doesn't have staff. I feel as tho that is very unprofessional and I feel I should be accommodated for these inconviences This is putting me and my kids behind of our schedule. I purchased a pair of shoes for my son, got home and there were two left shoes in the box. Took the shoes back to the store and was given a hard time about returning them. They no longer had the shoe that I PURCHASED, so I could only pick from what the Owings Mills, MD sales manger Brittney allowed. Which was one pair, so it wasn't really a choice. I also paid more money for the shoe because I had no choice, but to buy. I get home, and they are two different shoes. I call the location, no answer, I call customer service and you have to choose a person to leave a message for and wait for them to call you back. Meanwhile, I have been robbed TWICE by Dtlr. Highly unprofessional. This will total three pairs of shoes now that I will have to buy my son. And he can only wear one pair. I am so upset.

You do not speak with anyone directly. This number is a joke. There is a listing of about 15 district managers (of which you have no idea who you need to speak to) and you leave a message for someone to call you back. Highly unprofessional. When a customer has a problem with their purchase that they paid for, they should not be directed to leave a message and wait until someone feels like calling back.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service at Dtlr. The store manager was rude. While servicing me, he was on the store phone socializing. I asked for him to reverse my transaction and he refused. He lacks leadership and customer service skills. I called the corporate office to file a complaint, and they referred me to the district manager whose phone goes straight to voicemail. They obviously do not care about the customers although I am the reason they are in business.

I purchased four tickets for a concert that was to take place on June 19, 2015 in the concert never took place and I been trying to receive a refund, but I been getting the run around the store is located in saint Louis, Missouri.
