Both of these accounts are closed and have been for 11 months. You need to stop taking money form my account. If you are able to view my account and use, you will see I have not used the account for nearly a year. Please ensure you cancel the account before end of the month. Enough is enough.

Very frustrated with Deezer. I tried to cancel my subscription by logging out; then I logged back in again only to be charged for a month subscription. My current subscription was not up yet, and I wanted to cancel it - not be charged for a whole new month. Can you please contact me.
