I have just received my Credit Card Statement and was astounded to see that you have taken £78. 49 from my account on 7. 5. 16. All I signed up for was to receive a FREE sample via Cosmopolitan Magazine and had I known at the time that when I provided my Bank Details for the postage charge for the sample that this would happen I wouldn't have requested it
I have spoken with my Bank and ensured that no future payments to yourselves can be taken as I did NOT agree to subscribe to anything and I expect a full refund of £78. 49 from yourselves within the next 14 days. Should this not happen I will be talking to Trading Standards and also be contacting Cosmopolitan Magazine to advise them of what you are actually doing which is not providing their customers with a FREE sample
