My complaint is more of a concern as a long time doughboy pool and accessory person. Purchased the recent H. E. one HP pool pump in 2015 and it is leaking, dripping, and noisy when it runs. Was emailed the warranty stuff so doesn't look like a quality pump, but did purchase if from SPS in Des Moines who put in pool originally. Asked for a phone number to be able to talk to a doughboy rep, but haven't received a phone number yet. The doughboy toll free number is just a voice recording. Seems like a poor product, but asking the average life. Original pump lasted over ten years, I think close to 15 years. Don't now of any business that wont talk to a long time customer and hear their concerns. Maybe I do now. Thanks,
