Mr. Richard Vanderhoof On Phone To Ducati North America Service
Hello
I am a Ducati owner and I want to get a Ducati leather racing jacket, but all of the ones that I have tried on are too small. I am a big man 260 pounds. Is it possible to get a larger jacket and how do I go about doing this?
Thank you for assisting me. Sincerely
Richard Van der Hoof

My 2012 Multistrada 1200 (4200 miles) had a check engine light come on, so I contacted my dealer and they said to bring it in. I said that it is under warranty. They did come and pick it up. The dealed contacted me to say there is an open recall for the key fob. It has been almost two weeks and no call from the dealer. They need the new fob to check he check engine code. My question is why so long for the fob the arrive at the shop? That why we have Fedex or UPS to expodite the process. Not a happy guy at this point.

Hello, I have a 2012 M1100 EVO with 5834 miles on it. I have had trouble starting it when it is cold so I brought it in for a valve check. The technician has informed me that the valve guides are badly worn. The bike has been properly serviced using the correct grade of oil. I am asking Ducati to please extend me the courtesy of a goodwill warranty repair on the valve guides. The VIN is ZDM1RARR8CB053012.
