Good afternoon. On May 11th I placed an order of one coffee and two for $5 bacon, egg and cheese on croissant ay 640 S Conduit Blvd, Brooklyn, NY, 11208. However the staff that served me gave my order to someone else and I was given something else. I said I didn't want that and as I had to go to work I didn't have enough time to wait for them to prepare my order again, I asked for a refund. The employee told me to my card back in and I was supposed to receive $5 (and some change back) back, but that money never got onto my card. Please advise. Thank you.

I visited the store on Samoset Street in Plymouth Ma 02360 on May 10th around 8:30AM, placed an order, went to pick up, looked in the bag said it was not what I ordered. He said it most certainly was they all have head phones on and heard my order, he was yelling at me, and he slammed the window shut. I went in the store and spoke to speak to a manager, and I told her what I ordered and showed her my bag and receipt. She ordered someone to give me the rest of my order. The the window person came over and continued to yell at me, and said it was not what I ordered. I said, I was a store manager of a competitor, and if one my crew ever spoke a customer in that manner, he would have been written up on the spot, and sent home. He said to me, when a customers like you, you have to be rude.

No receipt given for my purchase because the printer for receipts was not working. I wasn't informed before I made my purchase for the $10. 00 gift card. I am not sure this card was activated because I have no proof. If the gift card is not validated I will call my credit card company and advise them not to make this a valid charge to my account. Your employees should have a Manager at all times as I was told no manager was there. No wonder why they were horsing around. I will not go back to the store again.

I have the Dunkin Donuts App on my phone, but when I go to pay they cannot scan for some reason. What do I need to do. This is very embarrassing.
I've been mulling over whether I should contact you or not and decided that this situation really bothers me. On 7/31/2013 I walked about 3/4 of a mile to store #337610 to purchase a dozen chocolate and jelly donuts, plus a croissant and diet coke and ice coffee. When I arrived at this store I found that they were out of these donuts. Not only that there was only about a dozen donuts left in the store. It was 4:40pm. I thought Dunkin Donuts was a donut store? How could this happen that there were very few donuts in a donut store? I am very unhappy with your organization.
