Ms. Pauline Childers On Phone To Eaglemark Savings Bank Service
I bought a Harley and the sales lost the title. Now a year later I got a bond out on the bike. Go insurance went to the Secretary of State to get plate for motorcycle and found out there is a lien on a motorcycle I called the lien holder Bob this problem since I've had the bike for over a year and have put money into the bike fixing it and lo and behold no one wanted to give me information or work with me science I purchased the bike over a year ago I can not find the original owner and all I need is a lien taken off find out what to do no one will give me no help so if they want to come pick the bike up pay me 300 a month for storage I've had the bike over a year or they can work with me so I can put a plate on the motorcycle and ride it what have been with me for over a year, would be probably cheaper for the finance company to lift the lien then the pay me for storage. Change states state of sc sent request for title when I registered it, you people didn't have the title to the bike on file at least a year after I purchased the bike. So no correspondonce was sent to Dmv of SC. Letting them know you didn't have the title and would get them the info when you had it. So I have been riding on a revolved registration for a year and now because they do not have the info from you guys then I can;t not redo my tag. So if I can not get them to resubmit the request to you I will not make any more payments on the bike until I can legally ride it. Called customer service and they would not do it because the request was a year old.

When I purchased our boat, 14 years ago, we paid cash for it. We are trying to sell it, have misplaced the title and trying to get a duplicate. HOWEVER, it now is showing a lien with your bank listed. I called your customer service to get the info on the person whom they showed the lien, and was told they didn't even show this lien? Then they told us to see if we could find out who it was for When we purchased the boat we live (and still do) in Evansville, IN There was NO LIEN then, and how do we get info for your company to do their job? I am requesting that you remove/waive whatever, this lien that your own company does not even show, so we can sell our boat, please advise me as soon as possible. Thank you for your Prompt attention to this situation.
