I used ebookers many times a few years ago. I got right through to the payment page as I was booking a flight to Australia, and there found a TWENTY-FIVE pounds credit card fee. That is disgusting, and conveniently (for ebookers) well hidden until the end. Needless to say I did not continue and went with a company who do not charge,, but have their price up-front. Funny, is not it, how shops seem to get by without ripping customers off for using their credit cardsI'll never even consider your site again.

But the confirmation you sent to us is in sterling pounds with exactly the same amount. That is a price difference of 30 %. First we thought that we did not realize that the price is in sterling. But we tried again one day later and it gave us the same price in swiss francs again. We also read the terms and conditions. I had booked Impiana KLCC through you to stay between the 21st to 25th of November 2014. My booking reference is PBEBUK3572455544. The night I arrived, my shower didn't work. I contacted reception in the morning the next day to notify them. They fixed it. I did however have to wait in my room for them to come and fix it. I arrived on Friday 21st, they fixed it on Saturday 22nd. On Sunday 23rd during the night, I was kept awake by a noisy neighbour. I contacted reception and they were going to ask security to look at it. On Monday 24th I had a leaking toilet. Which I had to wait in my room for them to come and fix. This is unexpectable.
