I am writing to inform the creator of the EK scrapbook punches, that they are the worse I have ever used. I recently bought a brand new one last month online at Amazon, it was the pattern Fleur De Lis and it doesn't work. Will not punch the patter, it sticks, and tears the paper, and won't release. POOR QUALITY, AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN. AND THIS WAS MY SECOND PUNCH I BOUGHT OF THE EK BRAND. THE FIRST ONE DIDN'T WORK EITHER. DONE .

Why are the EK punches so poor quality? I bought a new one, and it doesn't work. The Fleur De Lis, it chews the paper and won't snap back after you press on the punch. I have had problems before with EK. Won't buy again .

I recently bought the punch (online) Fleur De Lis. I purchased this only about two months ago and haven't used it much, but I attempted (key word "attempted") to use it and it chewed the paper and would not punch, it won't punch back. It locks up. IT DIDN'T WORK Just sticks and won't release I AM SO DISAPPOINTED, THIS IS A NEW PUNCH, AND IT WILL NOT WORK .
