I am extremely angry. I hired a vehicle from Gard Du Nord on 26 June which had already been paid for. When I picked up the vehicle I was advised that the vehicle had not been cleaned and it was dirty. We didn't have time to wait so we agreed to take the vehicle on the basis that we would get a free GPS. There was an inbuilt GPS in the vehicle and hence this was just a scam to make us take a dirty vehicle. The exterior of the vehicle was very dirty. I returned the vehicle to Orly airport on 29th June. Upon returning the vehicle, it was inspected and the male said to us that 'everything was fine' and passed me a tablet to sign. Since this, I have been charged €303. 76 to my credit card

I had already paid for the vehicle before picking it up. This is absolutely ridiculous that I could be charged without my knowledge. I want this money to be refunded to my card immediately

Paid for gps that didn't have our accommodations estate which is over six years old (the estate) so we spent the whole day trying to find a road that didn't exist. We purposely got the gps for this reason, but ended up having to drive very far out of our way to print a map to help us. We have paid 13 euro a day for five days. And feel we are entitled to get our money back.

My Europcar reservation number is 964061285. I rented a car from Paris on the two July and dropped the car off at Marseille on the six July. 589.82 AUD and 966.87 EUR were deducted from my account on the 12July. Europcar France corporation RA00208350817 FRA.
Can I please have an invoice for this deduction so I can claim from my insurance cover.

We rented your car in Grenoble France and on our way to Barcelona Spain, the car got broken down and we contacted your call several times and finally they arranged the tow truck to towed to the tow truck centre after more than four hours stranded at the placed when our car stalled.
Each time when we cotact your helpline we were directed to different officers and they didn't know what was the problems and their reply was they will call me back. However, thry did no return my call and I have to contact them to find out the outcome.
We have no car for one day. How is europcar is going compensate
