So I was laid off my job awhile back, as i wAs very limited for money I couldn't pay my fees for the gym pass. Then one day I had a extra 100 dollars to come into the gym to pay off my dept, , but I first checked my bank account and noticed the gym tried to take out. Funds four times in a row. This to me is crazy if it did not go through the first time why keep going. So as it turns out I got four nsf fees from my bank at 45 dollars a peace which could have been prevented by not keep trying to put transactions through. I realize I owe some member fees, but I feel I should be helped out on the addition transaction fees to my bank so we can move forward by doing more business. I'm looking forward to going back to the gym, but I need to get this figured out first. Thanks for your time. Dennis.

My name is Peter Fracassi . I am a member who frequents the Keele street location in Vaughan. I have been complaining about the deplorable disgusting mens locker and toilet area. This morning I was at the location and took a picture of the toilet facilities which were totally covered and caked in fecus from the toilet seat, up the walls and all over. I asked management to take care of this and they just ignored me. I posted the pic on your Facebook site. The management here just does not care about hygiene and cleanliness. I have also complained that lockers are being used by members as their own home. They keep their gym clothes there locked up for months. I complained and still nothing was done.

Good morning, I am a member at the Regent Avenue facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba and now am very unsettled about visiting this club. In the last little while there has been thieves breaking into lockers at the gym. Why hasn't the security been upgraded. How do these lowlifes even get into the gym. What are you going to do to protect the members at this facility. It's pretty bad that a person cannot even have a workout without worrying about whether or not I'll have my locker broken into. Hi there, it's impossible to leave a complaint on your phone line as you wait too long to get a rep. On the phone. 2nd. How long does it take to get Cardio Machines Fixed?? I've been a member of your Newmarket club(Davis/Yonge) and Manager takes his sweet time getting these darn machines fixed. If they aren't working, the Jack is not working to be able to listen to the TV set. The staff there is quite immature and socializes more then attending to customers or issues. They are constantly laughing and joking and on their cell phones texting. SOOOOO unprofessional. This needs to be brought up to head offices attention.

I am writing to share my gratitude and respect for the great team of employees at Goodlife Fitness in Woodstock. My son, Brayden has Cerebral Palsy, which as a result he requires a wheelchair for mobility. His dream is to become a World Bodybuilding Champion Since, my son rolled through the doors in July 2013 at the Woodstock (Quality Hotel and Suites) Club he has been made to feel welcome and even accepted as part of the team. The management team, Selina, Steve, and Clint have been very accommodating from day one. Almost immediately a hand cycle was ordered and installed for Brayden to do his cardio and they were quick to assess any other needs he had. I have been a member since 2001. As I arrived this morning at 5:25 am. Again no staff showed up to unlock the doors, which has happened many times throughout the years. That i have been a member. After waiting at least 20 minutes. The cleaner upstairs let us. (which he was doing out of the kindness of his heart due to our complaints. This is not his fault). My membership number is GL 2063953. Gym is at Oxford and Adelaide Street, London. Still by 7:30 am. No employees at all and the members were letting themselves in to do their workout. There were probably between 25 to 30 members there. At the gym with limited lighting as some of the members found. Some of the light switches and turned on the T.V.'s. Thank God! we are trustworthy members and were on our honor. The point is someone could have gotten hurt, passed out, etc. Also no chemicals went into the pool prior to members using it. This is becoming unacceptable considering. We are paying for our membership.

I must say I am very disappointed in the customer experience I have had so far. I signed up my Daughter who absolutely loves going then she suggested we go as a family so I agreed and signed myself and my other daughter up. It was very rushed three times I had to stop in to sign a couple documents which once they could not find them second time very disorganized. Third I did not get confirmation of price or dates monies would be withdrawn resulting in NSF with various withdraws in varying amounts I requested when I signed the form for prices they leave a copy at the desk for me went to pick it up no copy requested three times stated it had to come from head office and once again told I could pick it up at the front desk. Again no copy as a result I have bank NSF as well as charges from Goodlife I was away x one month in Ontario due to my sisters death now I am following up again I want to cancel my and Vanessa's membership not happy at all with the disorganized customer service.

This morning i called Goodlife Fitness in Milton (Steeles Avenue location) to ask about the memberships they offer. I was told they offered a 14 day membership for $14. Unfortunately, i was not told about the year commitment and was told to meet up with an employee to sign up. Upon arriving, i signed a waiver and took a tour around the gym while still unaware of the one year commitment. The employee then took me to the front desk as i was ready to pay. Once at the front, i was then finally made aware of the one year commitment.
What a complete waste of my time! Your website is false advertising the membership as their was mentioned of the one year commitment anywhere. Oh! and also, the $30 every two weeks, after the first two weeks was an absolute joke. La fitness, which is two minutes away from the Goodlife location has much better deals and employees. That are straightforward with the memberships. They offer. Guess ill be going their.
