Hello. I received an international charge of $78. 83 ($81. 09 CAN). You can imagine my surprise that a well known company, such as Grammarly, would wantonly charge the credit card of a person that has never used their services. Especially since this seems to a renewal charge. Again, imagine my surprise that I did not even receive an e-mail advising me of this charge. Of course not, I am NOT a customer of Grammarly, so why would I be getting a charge on my credit card. I am in the process of making my official complaint with Capital One at this time. Just so you would be advised, before I go onto social media, I will wait 72 hours from this time for your crediting of my account, as well as an apology for this wanton lack of customer service.

What it corrects a third grader could spot, but there is always the hidden (they give you a number) that the premium account will disclose/solve. What did I pay $100 for? The third-grade account.
