1) The webpage where this is says the Grays email address is given below. It's not. (Had it been I could have easily forwarded with annotation the email in question and not had to type in stuff)
2) Initial 'issue' : I ordered two boxes of wine within a few hours of each other - only relevant perhaps since the 2nd one was delivered first. The "goods on their way" email re two was sent about 3. five hours before it was delivered - efficient, but makes the email notification pretty much a waste of time. However, 1's "on it's way" tracking number (K881173635) is shown as an invalid tracking number on the AusPost website. Hopefully it'll be registered there tomorrow, but then, again, the notification email a waste of time in a different respect Non-delivery will, of course, be a real issue.

Hi there, I won a case of wine at your auction two weeks Monday night. I have not received my wine yet it has never taken this long before. I sent e mail to customer service on Monday and have had no response. I did get a phone call last week and they said would look into and may take 14 days. I have bought many cases of wine from you in the past, so please find my wine or refund my money.
