My daughter had booked her ticket from Sharjah to Kochi on 8th September 2017, and when we reached the airport they informed us that the flight has been cancelled for techinal reason. We did not get any SMS neither email. They asked her to travel on the next available flight, but since they had a marriage to attend in the morning we were asked to apply for refund. One is we travelled with paying higher price and now when we sent them an email to refund, they are saying it will take two months. Tickets was booked Cleartrip (airline was Jetairways). First of all there is no acknowledgement of the mail recvd and when my daughter called they told all this. Need help as its ridiculous.
