Dear Customer Service Manager,

I am experiencing with the internet problem for the last ten days. My DSL number is 24892471. I have called several times the customer service representative on this issue. The have sent a technician before two days and he had checked the line and said the Ministry should put jumper on the line which he will advise the company through his report. I have checking with the Ministry for the last two days and according to them the jumper is fixed, but unfortunately my telephone line became worse with sounds unlike before which was very clear and the internet is still down. They advised me that your technician should visit the Ministry and fix it. I am a customer with Gulf net for the last six years since 2012. I have renewed my yearly subscription during February '18. I would appreciate a good gesture from your end by fixing my internet problem urgently without any more delay. Thank you.
