I have two Helix five graphs that have been worked on twice now and not fixed. Now I have fingerprints on the inside of one screen. I work hard for my money and in good faith I bought these graphs neither has worked right since I got them. Now for the 3rd time you want me to send them in again. My plea is please send me new ones, I deserve to have two graphs that work right and do not fog up. I have missed several tournaments due to this problem and have been patient and compliant. Just bought your top of the line Helix 12" and Helix 7" 2GEN di/si. I put the instructional DVD in my computer to play it for the first time and it says it is protected by COPP and won't play. My stepson received a 196ci in the mail from his grandmother, who says grandfather bought it for him. They found it after he passed away. It was missing transducer and mounting bracket. Your rep says they can not furnish a transducer because we have no reciept. It was a last gift to grandson-dah. I was so angry I went and bought a new pirrana max four from sportsman Warehouse. It too did not have the transducer as a previous customer was given it by mistake. Was told because they mixedd up the item you could not send me a new transducer to get this item working. Needless to say I am very disappointed in your customer service. two new units and can not get them to work with a transducer and mounting kit. I have a helix seven and a 196ci on my boat, very am uch thinking of taking them off and going with something else as you can not help me with a needed transducer and mount kit for grandson. Can't you help me. Keep me a Humminbird customer please.

I purchased a Helix seven DI GPS for my husband a few days ago (serial 16051702-0301). Your site does not seem to list a manual for this very expensive device. I tried to attach a screen shot of your Helix seven manual page and attaching a photo won't work on my iPad. So frustrating. Also- the link on your contact page that provides an email address (rather than filling out a form) doesn't work EITHER (Chrome shuts down). So very frustrating. We were hoping to go out in our boat today in an unfamiliar, large lake and cannot. Please point me at the manual online. I can download it to my iPad and use it with iBooks.

I have the Helix five with DI. I have noticed that my contour lines and depth do not math. For instance, last night on Lake Carlos in Douglas country the Gps map said 30 ft and I was in nine ft with weeds according to my depth. I also noticed this same issue on Leech Lake. It seems to be more of an issue with tighter contours. I did have my Helix five in a electronic compartment that was lower in the boat. Do I need to get it out of that compartment to get a better Gps signal? Should I be having this issue? With it being so off, it kind of eliminates the point of having the contour map. Thanks.

I have two fish finder 197-c and one fish finder chart plotter 899-c all of them have lost the water temp, not lasting more than two years, I bought new transducers for them, but that doesn't seem to be the problem, threw a way the two 197-c, but for the chart plotter the company wants 425. 00 and it could even be more, probably not worth it.
