Dear Sir/Madam,
From March first 2017, I'm using a spot in a parking lot under my building (297 College St., Toronto, ON, M5T 0C2) by monthly payment. Form June first 2018, your company was substituted the last company(Canada Wide Parking Inc.) and operating the parking lot. I called and talked to your operators several times, that you didn't charge me and I'm not subscribed in your system. They answered me, we do not have the parking lot address (301 College St., Toronto, ON) in our system. Don't worry, you do not be fined. The company will announce you later. But I didn't get announced and received a notice(fine) for $85. Actually I paid it today, also, I used meter. But it's too expensive for me. Please help me to subscribe in the system and use my spot by monthly payment. Meanwhile, the parking lot has a lot of empty spot and not full at any time. Cell Number: +1 (647)323-6327

Ms. Belinda On Phone To Impark Service
Went into the parking garage at World Exchange Plaza at 10:58am on June 17/15 and left at 12:21pm. Ticket showed entering at 07:58am and leaving at 12:21pm. Three hours longer than we were parked and charged $20. We would like to get a refund for the three hours. Check the cameras and you will see a Dymon Volt going through the entrance.
