A few months ago I had issues with InboxDollars.com and Sendearnings.com regarding my Freedompop SIM showing I was in the UK. That was resolved when I used my laptop in New Jersey, and my accounts were fine. Although Sendearnings is loading fine and all links load fine after disabling pop-up ads and pop-up blockers, I have been having a lot of trouble with InboxDollars. I redeemed my account balance for both accounts on June 7, 2017. I received my earnings from Sendearnings. However, InboxDollars continues to postpone my payout every week. Now it's supposed to be in July. Why does it keep getting postponed? I tried logging into my InboxDollars account today and, even though I have my log-in information, I was told my information was incorrect. I tried resetting my password, and I received a message that I could not re-set my password. I do not know what's going on. I would appreciate any help in resolving all these problems. I made login to inbox, yet it keeps posting a new account. I already have a sizable account in the works, it shows my info, yet not what my account is, I am so angry I enjoy this site and all night it wont let me in to my original account. Of course trying to get answers has been inpossible also. I have switched using computers, but this should not in any way affect my account, will not change email account or password, as this is used in my daily activities.

Several times, when I click to respond to their emails, I get "access denied" FOR NO REASON. I do not know what their problem is as I have done nothing wrong on their website. Obviously, someone in their computer department does not know what they are doing or they are getting some kind of kick by denying me access once in awhile. On June 7, 2017 I redeemed both my InboxDollars and Sendearnings accounts. I received Sendearnings quickly. InboxDollars instead has repeatedly postponed my payout date, now tells me my login info is incorrect, won't let me reset my password, graphics no longer load on my laptop, paid email links do not work, contact link doesn't work; and you didn't reply to my snail mail. When will I get paid?.

I have gotten several emails asking me to do surveys, and confirm and my app on my phone is not working. I cannot even get to surveys to make money. I have had inbox dollars emails for a few years. I am 63 years old and disabled. When I confirm an email, instead of getting an answer of "way to go ", I am told I have no current emails.
