Dear. My name Gaby Lazkany . From Beirut Lebanon. I have Infiniti 2009 FX50s 43000 kilometers on it. I had a problem in the Gas tank. It's a huge sound inside the tank wen you move the car for front and for rear. I think it's a manufacturing default. So please can you help me to resolve this proplem. Many thanks

I bought a Q50 in December 2014 from Infiniti Cape Town. The salesman and sales manager assured me that Infiniti will not be launching the Q50 with a GPS here. Yesterday I took my car for the first service and was given a Q50 courtesy car with a GPS. I phoned the service department to establish the cost to fit one. I was told me to phone Leslie as he told Sean it will cost R38, 000 or I can buy a new car. Les explained that the GPS cannot be fitted as it comes with it from the factory. He said my only option is to buy a new car. He told me that from April/May the Q50 was available with a GPS. I then realized that I was conned by the Infiniti salesmen in December 2014. They knew that they would not sell a car until April/May. II firmly believe that I have been conned by two employees representing your company. I expect Infiniti to make good by either install the GPS in my car for the R38, 000 or replace my car. I look forward to your response.
