This is not a complaint. I bought your New Home sewing machine for my granddaughter and she just loves it. She currently lives in the US, however, she will be moving to London England shortly. Will she be able to use her current machine in London with a converter or will she need to purchase one over there? Do you sell this model in the UK?.
I have a Janome 500e and am trying to transfer a file from my PC to the computer and it keeps telling me to connect the PC to the machine and it is. I have tried unplugging and rebooting nothing seems to work.
I bought a Janome 500e embroiled machine. I have had it for about three months. I’m having trouble with it, leaving holes in the design (skipping). Went back to the dealer I was told it was a low end machine, just fill in the blank spaces with a marker. But if I want to buy a higher end Janome that I won’t have that problem. My question to you is, why would you put a machine out for 3000 dollars and have us color it in with markers. I’m very disappointed in the machine, but not as your professional ethics. So I’m coming to you for your reason on doing this. This is my second machine I have bought total spending is 7, 000. 00 to me that’s a lot of money. My 9700 is a perfect machine, love it. I purchased a Janome Artistic Simplecut 15 Cutter last week. After lots of trys, My software is not working on either my desktop or my laptop. The program shuts down. I called the technical support telephone number today. I'll wait for a return call. My Janome dealer does not know how to deal with the problem.
My Janome Q8900QCP machine is in for repair of the board failure - it is only four years old, and they tell me that it will take 2-3 MONTHS to get the board to repair the machine - there are five other machines at my store also waiting for boards to be replaced - I understand there was a recall on the boards, but I never received a notice -- I'm really upset that my $4, 000 machine is now unable to be used for 2-3 months at holiday time when it is really needed. I believe that the warranty should be extended when the new board is replaced --, but they tell me that is not the case. Not good customer service.

We just received a UPS delivery of a Janome Memory Craft 6500P sewing machine purchased from Amazon.com. It looks like it will be a good quilting machine, but my wife also needs to be able to hem pants with it. There is no information in the manual that refers to hemming pants. Is there an accessory for hemming that we can buy for this particular machine? If so, please send this information.

Dealer complaints. Who and Where does a customer file a complaint. Fear that a Janome dealer may be trying force customers to purchase and up grade by stating the machine is not working when it was working fine when brought into dealer just for a yearly cleaning and adjustments. Then ships machine out with in a couple of hours without approval to where ever a company Janome repair facility may be. I fear that the dealer had done something that he could not fix at his dealership after taking in a Janome sewing machine for a so called yearly clearing and ADJUSTMENT. He is listed as a authorized Janome repair dealership. NOW I DO NOT HAVE MY WORKING SEWING MACHINE AND THE DEALER WANTS OVER 300 HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR A MACHINE THAT WORKED AND WAS BROUGHT IN FOR A ADJUSTMENT AND CLEANING ONLY. 77 426 8793I have two Janome machines. Both my 6600 and Horizon 7700 have bobbin problems. The Needle will jam into the bobbin, and break and the thread will knot up. The Case jumps out of it slot. I sew alot and have had to purchase two more bobbin cases in the last two years. Now it's doing it again. I've taking it in to be repaired professionally and each time they keep ordering me a new case. What is causing this. I check the Quilting board on line and there are numerous people with the same problem as I am having. Has this been fixed or what should I do. Been sewing for 25 years and never had this happen with a machine before. Other than that Love the Janome, but this really frustrating me.
Didn't know I would have to PAY for Janome help. What a scam. This site looks like it is actually from Janome. If it is, it is a shame you try to cheat your customers.

I received my machine by UPS yesterday. It was very easy to set up, thread and bobbin worked perfectly. Manual was easy to understand. I was so excited to start sewing. The machine takes one stitch and stops. The readout flashes STOP For safety purposes. I find nothing in the manual that addresses this issue. Please help.

Not a Complaint: Just a Question: Do you have a tutorial for the Memory Craft 6600 Sewing machine? I have recently purchased this machine and would like a video to help me learn the basic steps of the machine.
I have a Janome 11000 upgraded to a SE. Something is wrong with the embroidery machine on it. When I put a cd, flash drive, or ata card in sometimes it will post the patterns,, but after embroidery one, and going to do another they are all removed from the flash drive etc. I have tried to connect my lap top,, but cannot seem to go through. This is very frustrating as I do a lot of embroidery and now cannot do it. The sewing part works fine. Please let me know how I can get this problem fixed as I have many profects to get done.

I purchased a Janome brand new sewing machine from Hancock Fabrics in Forestville, MD in Dec of 2013. In October of this year 2014, the bobbin wasnt getting tight so I took it to get repaired and I was informed that the race, The part that holds the bobbin tight, was no good and it would cost more than the sewing machine to fix. Now my machine is still under warranty for a year. What do I do to have it fixed.
