My name is Gregory Benson and my wife and I purchased a Jayco JayFlight Travel Trailer 2016 29QBS and by the way we are really like our purchase. On April one, 2017, we took our TT to Camping World Oakwood, GA because the kitchen fauct was leaking and I was told by my service advisor "Dave" that the part would have to come from Jayco in order to repair. It is now May five, 2017, and I called Oakwood on yesterday at approximately 2pm only to find out that Jayco has not shipped the part to Oakwood. It is amazing how a company can advertise and provide great customer service prior to purchase, but after the purchase the consumer has a heck of a time getting quality service after the purchase. I would like to get this matter resolved immediately, should I not hear back from some representative from Jayco by close of business I will be speaking with my attorney on moving forward with this matter.
I have a 2010 Jayco eagle 35' 5th wheel. I'm having electrical issues and if possible I'd like you to send me a wiring diagram of the 110 volt wiring layout. Please consider this because being retired I can not afford to take it to an RV repair facility. I'm going to call customer service as well. Thank you. Conrad Cardinal .

Please we need assistance. Our fifth wheel has been in the shop since July. It was hit a the dealer for the 2nd time. While there the technician discovered stress cracks below our bedroom slide. We have a full body paint 2016 Pinnacle. We are leaving for Florida November 29. Our dealer is Fretz in Souderton Pa. My phone is 717-319-7714. Our trailer does not have excessive miles on it. It is parked for three months in florida. It will now have three different paint issues as well as the door that was repainted die to a factory error. I think this is a five oclock somewhere trailer We are VERY unhappy. Lester Harvey .
Last week while camping in Sevierville Tn., which was only my second outing in my 2017 Jayco Whitehawk travel trailer, I lost power on half of my rig. After checking all the obvious causes I started looking for a Jayco dealer nearby, but found none. Although it is still under warranty I had to call a mobile RV repair man. After examining he found the power plug in back of trailer had a loose wire from the factory and had to replace the plug because it had burnt. Can I get reimbursed for what I had to spend to repair my Jayco? I have an invoice and the burnt plug. Thank you.
I purchased a 2013 Jayco Eagle Premiere 05/09/2013 and the entry side paint has become so oxidized and can no longer regain it's actual color. Please view the attached photos and notice the discoloration on the entry side to where the actual inner frames show. There is number issue with the opposite side.

I sent the following e-mail to Jayco, with no response:From: Dieter, Mark Sent: Monday, March 21, 2016 12:36 PMTo: 'service@Jayco.com'Subject: Fuse LocationI'm wondering if your quality department is aware of the following and if they are addressing these issues. 1) There is an undocumented fuse in a hidden location, behind the wiring harness underneath the water pump panel. Neither Sierra RV (my dealer) or Jayco customer support could point me to the fuse location. I had to travel for 2-hours to my dealer, who eventually found the fuse. 2) The electric jack lacks an upper limit switch. When the upper excursion is reached, the jack draws excessive current and blows the hidden fuse. Good companies address customer concerns and quality issues. Jayco seems to do neither.
We are in trouble with a three month old Jayco on Saturday night. Recording said to call back Monday - Friday during business hours.
