Hi, am totally fed up with your customer service officer (kamsi), she s worst behavior, she refused to board me even though am having proper document, she don't want any document, she want oly return ticket, she do not no any rules and regulations about Singapore immigration, she cancel my ticket and boarding pass, with same document i travel in other airways India immigration and Singapore immigration accept the same document, after i reach Singapore i ask jet airways customer service people they said we accept dis document to board, den y Chennai jet airways people cant accept dis ?very worst behavior and worst airways. I wrote a feedback form in Singapore and gave to yr airways people, never receive any response from you. I want my full money, please do the needful make it as soon as possible.

My uncle has booked four tickets from Delhi to Brisbane (Australia). But they have stayed of 15 hours in Singapore , all passenger are above 65 years, kindly arrange accommodation for them.
