I call up jetstar customer care 8008523632 on the same day and informed the incident to the staff Mr Zoe. He say will informed the trying department and will get back to me within 24 hour. Re : appeal refund air ticket for booking reference number Hyjtpz (Mr. Muhammad Shahrul Adli Nordin) traveling date and place departure date is 25th September 2014 (sin-sub) return date is 28th September 2014 (sub-sin).
Dear sir / madam,
I wish to appeal for a refund for the above stated reference number as i had accidentally overlooked that Mr Shahrul’s passport would expire in few days prior to the date of departure. I only realized this upon check-in on the 25th September 2014, when the officer in charge informed me.
Mr Shahrul, the passenger, tried to request for an extension on the day itself at the ICA Singapore. Unfortunately the request was rejected.
It was unfortunate that Mr Shahrul, being one of the students who were supposed to join us in the trip was not able to do so. I hope the explanation above may assist you to grant us the request for a refund.
