Money has been taken out of my account, even tho I cancelled this account booster sachets, last July 7th. Please can someone ring me. Ive sent an email, and got a reply, but I need to speak to someone. I still have the sachets at home. Why wasn't I informed at the time of cancellation that I needed to return sachets that werent used? I still have them. I had a reaction to the them. I actually thought I was sent one months time (using - a day then two a day and then working up to three a day i thought was the directions for use,)after three weeks i got diarrhoea. I have recently bough four months worth of product and shakes paying £72 per month for four months. Once I started to take them I experienced lots of stomach problems both with the supplements and the shakes, and so cannot continue to take them. I have given them a good go. I called the Juice Plus number wanting to be a new customer. They put me on hold for the next 30 mins. I felt like I was calling the IRS or some Utility company. I am going to spend my money to get on and have to wait this long. This totally disgusted me and put me off. You guys just lost another person who would have been your customer.

I have been a Juice Plus Customer since 2008. I live in Birmingham UK. I have my product delivered every four months by courier. My customer service representative is Sarah Edwards and her telephone number in the UK is 07772 859853. I've let her know a number of times in the last four weeks that my product has not arrived. She says that it was shipped and was left at 12 Belmont Covert and signed for. I live at 19 Belmont Covert--there is no address of 12 Belmont Covert. I've asked all of my neighbors and no one has taken this delivery.
