I would like to suggest that KTMB Butterworth station can open side/small gate that already have at the end of platform 4. I and a group of people that need to cross over stair case daily to work felt tired. If the small/side gate open and operate, most of the older passenger can walk through to the Butterworth ferry terminal. We are not need to climb up and down every day. Thank you. I'm ETS frequent traveller. I noticed that train from Ipoh to BM always delayed and I have experienced train delayed for more then one hour, but train from BM to Ipoh was always on time. But started from new time schedule 6. 23 am, the train come earlier. Today, I noticed that the train closed the door @ 6. 22am. I feel really frustrated. I went back to the counter to explain my challenge today and it seems like the customer service was very poor. 1. KTMB needs to train well the front liner. 2. KTMB should have special program or discount card for ets frequent traveller which really support your business. Overall I really prefer travelling with train and I wish that KTMB can sustain with excellent service plus continuous improvement. Tq.
