I emailed three days ago about a $60 charge pending on my card for March 23rd. There is a payment of $60 to Kingsisle on the 24th on my card. My son was allowed to spend 60. He thought he had messed up on the three digit code on the back so tried again. Please refund the $60 that he accidentally charged to my card. Ignoring and cheating people is not a good way to do business.
I have no way of getting help from Kingsisle. Everything is by email and I can not receive emails from the account that is on file. I have lost my password book. My grandsons Wizard 101 account information is in it. I can not order crowns due to I do not remember the master password, I can not log onto my email account to recover your temporary password because I got a new cell phone number last year, I did not update my email phone number prior to turning in the old phone because I did not know I needed to.
