I purchased airline tickets using priceline.com. Lowestfare.com for a flight to LAX on September 26th for the dates October 14 and October 19th and I purchased travel insurance. I had to cancel my trip to seek treatment for an eye disease known as Keratoconus. I was made aware of the progressive nature of the disease and scheduled an appointment for October 16th. Realizing this would conflict with my travel plans I began cancelling my trip with priceline. I was told to contact delta airlines and then when I canceled online, once I complete the cancellation a window popped up was informed me the tickets were non-refundable. I was billed 877. 60 x two = $1755. 20 and I have not been reimbursed a penny, nor did I receive a cancellation confirmation from delta. Policy:

I've ordered four airline tickets on August 17, 2016 via Priceline. My Priceline Trip Number is 116-802-623-20. They are the round trip between New York and Toronto on August 20, 2016 and August 26, 2016. I found out the price of them on receipt became really really high after I confirmed. It goes to $1772. 68 per person. It must be wrong. Can you help me to solve this problem?.

Received NO confirmation via email on apparent reservation made 9/22/15, but was charged $456. 20 on my AMEX ending 8003 Exp 5/20. I believe this was for a Courtyard Marriot hotel two night reservation for 10/23 and 10/24 and I would like to cancel these rooms, but have NO WAY to do so. Your customer service rep on the phone was NO help at all. I do not know for sure which email address was used to secure the reservation, but all the info above is correct. PLEASE advise.
