I am looking into using MailChimp and have a few questions. Can my list of names be put into alphabetical order in MailChimp?
Can my mailing list which is currently in MadMimi be transfered into MailChimp?
I tried calling your customer service number, but got a recording saying that the mailbox is full. Is there another number to call if I need to?

I can not reach anyone at MailChimp for a log in problem that I can not locate on any of the pages of suggestions. My computer was updated at work, the update erased my "saved" username and password to log in. When I try to access the "forgot" section it will only send my information or ability to update to an old email that is no longer functional. I can not access my old campaigns or subscription list at this point. I created a new account, but that doesn't have my old information. How do I access my old account that was just deactivated today. Help.

I just finished writing a campaign which is time sensitive, but I cannot send. It seems to be locked up. This new program is terrible. I am also disgusted in that you cannot talk to a representative with MailChimp about technical problems. Customer service is non-existent. Why not try calling me at 225 933-0505 if it is not too much of a bother. Ya'll a lot to learn about customer service.
