To Whom it May Concern, Firstly, I would like to specify that this not a complaint, but merely an observation that I made on flight JE322 from Cape Town to Durban on the 15/11/2015. I was located in row 29, seat F and noticed that the outer porthole window had a small hole through it with the foreign object lying inside between the two windows. I did report the observation to the cabin staff, but just want to be reassured that this problem gets rectified. Please find the photo attached. I booked a flight on the 3rd March using Edgars account. 17 days later I was informed there is a problem. I have phoned twice to try and get to the bottom of the problem and get is solved, but no response, they will call back or the phone is cut off. Now furious as I have appointments scheduled around that date. Can some person PLEASE, PLEASE respond to this query and get it sorted out once and for all. If there is a problem then at least let me know so I can look at other alternatives. Thank you.

When we got there, they told us the flight that we were suppose to take is already full. How? We did not understand. There was traffic, but never the less still on time. I will not travel with this airline if they treat customers like this.
