Im sure you wont help me either and i will more than likely have to cintact BBB about your company, but you purchased my mattress on 11/23 and Teresa scheduled my delivery for 12/1, yiur warehouse called tonreschedule for 12/6 and no delivery. Called tge Waco store and it was rescheduled for 12/8 and again no delivery even aftee i was told that morning it was on a truck un houston headed my way. So on 12/9 i called Teresa again and requested a refubd. Since then ive been given the run around about my refund, when it will happen, etc. No one answers the cust svc number, notging from anyone. I want my money back and i expect a call or email explaining when and why i cant get a courtesy call. Ive been very patient, made calls, sent complaints to no avail. Run your business properly.

I took my time to examine several different styles and prices, I met with a (Diego) sales person on Sunday and decided on one. The sales person was very helpful. I explain I would like to have it delivered on Tues or Thu he even called the ware house to make sure it was possible we agreed on Tues I spent all day Mon and this morning making sure the delivery people could gain access to my home. I waited until 3:PM and called customer service the person I talked to checked and found out the Mattress in question was out of stock and would not be available until Thu. We set another deliver date for AM on FRI. I am very un happy with the service I received No one called to say there was problem. Jack Spinks 407-578-1964 Orlando, FL.
