Complaint is with cashier 161 not doing a good job. There was no help, asking if I needed different sizes. She talked the talk about a discount then neglected to apply it, when I questioned her, she said human error, called me " My dear" which was the end of me being nice. I said had you payed attention to what you were doing I wouldn't have to check my MC bill to see a credit was refunded. I spent 67. 01 and would of spent more had I received better service. She definitely needs more training on paying attention to what she does, helping with sizes and being a lot more pleasant. She was obvious with her condisending attitude to me which I was not impressed with.

My sisters and I went to Maurice's to shop for clothes. We did not expect the horrible service we received from the workers there. We felt racially profiled due the fact that the workers there only approached the "white" customers and we were ignored due to our race. We were in the store for about 45 minutes and were not greeted nor did they offer to give us a fitting room. There were about five workers and only two other customers in the store with us three. The store was not busy. When we approached a worker about getting a fitting room, we were ignored and had to follow the worker around to ask for a room. We were rudely given one. Once we got a room, the worker disappeared and never came back to assist us. This is not the first time we have felt this when we walked into Maurice's. We were planning to purchase items, but left due to the horrible customer service. I hope Maurice's trains their workers to be less bias and more respectful to all the customers who walk in.
