Respected Sir, I have a Mobily internet router at home. My internet account number is : 200933177582My Akama number is : 2312733310. My mobile number is : 0534657147On 28/1/2015 i recharged my internet for six months online through Sadad ( Alahli bank). Mobily internet at home provided me sadad paymemt number ( 000000000001335)and was mentioned to pay 490 riyals. I paid through sadad and transaction was completed. But my internet was not working. I called Mobily company they told me that we have not received your payment and need to contact my bank. Yesterday i went to Alahli bank, they gave me one paper that this is a proof that money was paid to Mobily. I am in jeddah. At present I do not have time to visit you. On 31/1/2015, I recharged my mobily internet through credit card, and it is working now. What about this money that I paid through Sadad. Are you going to refund me this money, I hope you will reply back.
