I bought a pair of slippers on February 27th which were held up in customs for six weeks and delivered on March 22nd. They are to small, but when I tried to return them I discovered that I was not allowed as I had exceeded the time limit. As this was not my fault I want you to fix this and allow a return. Hi Myhabit, I bought two pairs of shoes from Taiwan in the recent order, Myhabit Order Number: 002-7197842-9264240. This morning I received the parcel, soon I found the defect on the black/white shoes. After checking your return policy, I will need to pay around $20 to return it back to you(the shoes cost me only $39). If the defect caused by Myhabit, why should I afford the return charge?Can you help to solve the problem?Yours, Mia Lin .

I purchased three items (soaks, trouser and Board short) on May eight, 2015 choosing international shipping service to Dubai. My Order nb is: 112-3105114-6417006. Until now I did not receive the shipment neither any refund. After checking the order status I've read that it has been returned to amazon facilities. Until present, no message, no explanation, no refund hope to hear from you soon.
My order 112-2333740-9541059 placed on 3/2/2015 has NOT shipped. The delivery is due February 19th - March five, 2015. Can you please advise why the status is NOT SHIPPED when the order was place on 3/2/2015. This is the first time I have had a problem with my order. Please advise ASAP as I urgently require this item. I have tried the usual method of contacting Myhabit, however the "contact us" icons lead me nowhere just back to my unshipped order?
